  I honestly have nothing but praise for this Centre. I’ve tried to think of a bad word and I simply can’t. As soon as you walk in you’re treated like family. The coaches are a wealth of knowledge and support and have the mentality that no question is a silly one. Only an opportunity to learn more and grow on your journey into Martial Arts. You simply have to experience it for yourself.

  Ian and the team have been coaching me for over a year and a half now and my performance and attitude, not only towards martial arts but life itself, has improved and is continuing to improve every week. I can honestly say I have never had a team quite like Ian's behind me, the support is unshakable!

  I have only been in for one session so far but the atmosphere has been really relaxed and trainers really helpful. Considering I'm going into this with absolutely no experience (I hadn't even thrown a punch before!) I'm really excited to give this a go and see where it heads!
