  Booked on the phone for an auto ute, when I went in to collect it was a car :( this was yesterday today I am still waiting on my money to be back in my account to go and hire a ute this morning other than the ladies at front counter being nice this is a complete mess around

  I flew in with my pregnant wife and Daughter. Struggling with 4 suitcases jetlag after some 30hrs in Airports. I asked at almost every counter for change for a trolly. The other car hire companies were pretty rude. When I got to the the Avis counter the representative went out to the back, I think to her handbag, then came back with a gold coin for the trolley for us.

  I rented a car from AVIS at Townsville Airport, when arrived, I was greeted with a wonderful smile and served immediately. Everything was explained clearly and I was not pushed into accepting ad-don's which I didn't want. Perfect customer service. I was not charged an extra fee qwhen I brought back the car with some mud allover (rainy weather..country road driving). Well done - see you again and again.
